  3.5 stars, but I can't seem to offer half-stars. Oh well, I'll err on the side of 4-stars because the food is excellent. Great food, but the service leaves much to be desired. Slow service, and the staff does not seem to care about offering friendly, attentive service. However, it seems to be a family operation in the kitchen, so perhaps it is a language barrier that causes them to hire local residents as hosts, servers, and bartenders. But they really seem to know what they're doing in the kitchen because the food always comes out very well.

  This place used to be good, but over the last year it has gone significantly downhill. I placed a takeout order and when I’ve gotten there the wrong order was placed. When I told the owner’s wife what I had ordered over the phone she immediately started carrying my order back to the kitchen. I waited 10 minutes and when she finally came out she asked if she could help me. I asked her about my original order that I placed and the food that she brought back to the kitchen. She told me that I did not want the food so she threw it away and never bothered to make the correct order. She then walked back to the kitchen and never came back.
  
  On another visit, I found out that I was missing part of the order when I got back home. I called and told them about it and they said “what do you want us to do”. We finally agreed that I would get a credit towards food on my next order. The next day when I placed an order and went to the restaurant to pay for it they refuse to give me the credit. They told me that I should’ve checked the bag prior to leaving. They said “my entire order was in the bag” and that “I must be lying” about missing the food. Yes, they actually told me I was lying.
  
  The only good thing about this restaurant is that short good-looking girl with big boobs by the name of Aubrey. Actually, there’s a few that are good-looking, but that’s because the owner (chet) hires nothing but young good-looking girls. From my understanding, he makes frequent perverted comments to them.

  you order beef teriyaki and peppersteak you expect to have beef and peppersteak in it and hen you call to complain you expect for them to apologize not to say they said they put it in there. Lots of money spent not a happy customer
